US Wear’s Off the Shelf Products Solutions division focuses on applying proven Nitride and Armadillo Coat wear solutions to your off the shelf products. Both Nitride and our proprietary Armadillo Coat are used by OEM Automotive, Forged Tooling, Injection Molding Industrial Agriculture, Mining and Oil and Gas to prolong tool and service life while reducing wear, corrosion and erosion of critical parts.

Our in-house coatings do not contain environmentally harmful chemicals and are cost effective from one off molds to bolts and washers. Whether your have 1 part that weighs 50,000 lbs or 500,000 parts that weigh 1g each, we can handle it.
